"I've been working with Jenn online for almost 8 months and have been so thrilled with the successes we've reached together. Since she has been training me, I've lost over 20 pounds and have gotten stronger than I ever dreamed I could be. I've truly never enjoyed working out more than I have working with her.

I have been so impressed by how she has designed my training schedule- she is continually modifying according to my interests and what my body feels and looks like whether it's a weakness in one area or another area that seems to be unchanging. She emails me my training schedule then stays in touch via email throughout each week as I keep her updated on how the workouts are going. She's been incredibly fast to respond to every question I have had!

My favorite about working with Jenn is her encouragement. My previous experience with trainers has always been intimidating and with Jenn it's been entirely opposite. She's shared in every part of this experience with me- when I have success, it's double because I know that she will be just as excited as I am. And when I'm struggling, she is always right there encouraging me to keep moving forward.

Soon after I met Jenn I started reading her blog and was curious about these kettlebells. After only a few workouts with her, I was hooked. Being able to work out almost anywhere and feel like I was getting both cardio & strength training in one is super motivating for me and the variety keeps it interesting. Jenn is a patient instructor and focuses on safety & form, but also makes it fun (cartwheels on the sand as part of a workout? Yes.)
